While working as a Communications Designer at Dr. Martens, I established a quarterly in-house zine to showcase the exciting work of the Product, Brand, and Marketing teams across the wider global business. The ambition was help employees connect with the brand beyond their role as consumers, fostering a sense of involvement in something creative, dynamic, and ever-evolving.

Print & Digital
Each issue was published in print and digitally via an online bookshelf, with translations in 10–13 languages to ensure global accessibility.
I produced print-ready and digital PDF versions of each issue, working with local translators to maintain quality and creative integrity across all editions.

To launch each issue, I also designed communications across key employee touch points that built awareness and excitement. These established a consistent visual identity for the zine and included office digital screens, promotional Mailchimp emails, and intranet banners on 'Backstage' to drive engagement.
